This is a website that contains a variety of online initiatives undertaken by staff and students within the Bachelor of Communication (Media) program at RMIT University. It is not the official site for the Media program.

official RMIT B.Comm Media homepage
this is the official and canonical page for all things related to the media program, and is the main online page for administrative information and resources. Gives you easy access to staff profiles and contact details, and that sort of stuff.
School of Media and Communication web page
The media program exists within the School of Media and Communication, which is the main administrative unit. From this page you can follow links to student information, timetables and so on. This is the key place for administrative information, broader information about the school, and so on. This can be useful, as some of the subjects you do are not taught or managed by Media, but by other programs in the school.
myRMIT the main university provided portal
The link above is to the university wide student page, which has a link to the myRMIT portal. This is the main site to find and see all of your administrative information. This student page also provides links to most of the key information you need to know about being a student at RMIT.
RMIT library
Well, the library. Borrow books, DVD's, CD's. Provides AV facilities, access to course readers if you don't own one. Also huge range of databases you can access to help with research, as well as a range of subject specific study guides. Have a look round, or book yourself into an information session to learn how to use these facilities, or just ask a librarian.

This is a collaborative project that is documenting the pedagogy and curriculum development that has been undertaken in the media program.

A generalist staff managed wiki that contains basic documentation about how to do various things, primarily in the areas of networked and digital media.

A student driven research wiki that is exploring the history of video and audio blogging.

This is used for Transient Spaces (Masters and Honours subject), Integrated Media Two, Reading Media Texts, Production Projects one and two, though only when Jenny is teaching these.

Third year elective that some media students do.
